Instructions to make to make Dal Dhokli

  1. First add washed dal in a pressure cooker add water 1/1/2 cup water. Add all ingridients before tadka items.
  2. Give Whistle 4 and cool it meanwhile make dokhli take one small dough from ready atta dough or take wheat flour add salt turmeric powder little and 1 tsp oil and make a dough.
  3. Now keep it aside for 10 minute
    Now dal is ready to mash with ladle or whiskers blend it.
  4. Now take a dokhli dough roll it like a chapatti and cut in square or any shape.
  5. Now put all dokhli in dal and if it is thick then add water because when it boil with dokhli dal will be thicken now add sugar and boil the dal dokhli 7-8 minutes
  6. Now off the gas and pour the 1/2 lemon of juice in it sprinkle coarinder leaves and make tadka with little ghee and put pinch of red chilli after off the gas other wise chilli will burnt.
  7. Dal dokhli is ready to servewith rice or chapatti
